Welcome to CyberScore

Welcome to CyberScore! We're on a mission to make cyber-security as painless as possible. Please follow the steps below to register your new appliance to your account. Don't have an account? Sign up here for a fully-featured free account.

What is CyberScore?

CyberScore allows you to quickly and easily run scans of your IT infrastructure to check for security vulnerabilities and to get advice on improving the security of your systems.
We allow you to produce detailed, informative, and understandable reports offering advice and guidance on any problems we identify, and to track your security performance over time.

How does it work?

Deploy a CyberScore appliance in your organisation, either on-premises, or in a cloud-based platform, and set up scans of the servers, workstations, laptops, and other devices you have. Once the scan is finished, you can analyse the results, and see the details of any issues identified along with descriptions and recommendations written by experienced security professionals.

Getting started after deploying CyberScore

Quick Start

Lets get your appliance set up! The first step is to SSH to your appliance and run the setup wizard:

$ ssh root@<your appliance ip address>

Select the first option ("Start Setup Wizard"), and go make a cup of coffee while the installer does its job.
Once the installation has completed, you'll be presented with a 16-digit code which can be used to register the appliance with your CyberScore account.

Detailed Setup

If you prefer, you can log in via the console and run the setup wizard that way. There's not a lot more to it, really. Sorry!

API Creation

In addition to creating a Droplet from the CyberScore 1-Click App via the control panel, you can also use the DigitalOcean API.

As an example, to create a 4GB CyberScore Droplet in the SFO2 region, you can use the following curl command. You’ll need to either save your API access token to an environment variable or substitute it into the command below.

  curl -X POST -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
       -H 'Authorization: Bearer '$TOKEN'' -d \
      '{"name":"choose_a_name","region":"sfo2","size":"s-2vcpu-4gb","image":"cyberscore-18-04"}' \
