EmailEngine is an email client built for apps, not people. It gives your application a REST API to send, receive and manage email in user accounts over IMAP, SMTP, the Gmail API and Microsoft Graph. Skip building and maintaining your own email integrations and spend that time on your core features.
**NB!** DigitalOcean blocks outgoing SMTP ports (25, 465 and 587) on droplets by default, so EmailEngine on a droplet can not send email over SMTP. Reading email over IMAP, and sending through the Gmail API or Microsoft Graph, work normally.
